Attempting to allow the highest amount of throughput at the least expense and inconvenience to uses would be something more innovative. How about 2 tiers... Throttled (and cheap) tiers and Unthrottled and more expensive tiers Wait...we can make more money by raising prices and throttling everyone and saving on bandwidth costs. -- Canada = Hollywood North
