I have a quick question for you guys, I'm moving to heyworth soon and right now I have verizon DSL (3360/736) and they don't offer it in heyworth. From reading so far I feel Mediacom mainly for PS3 online gaming may not be the best option, would you agree? |

| Unfortunatley, I don't think you have any better choice in Heyworth. Clinton, Wapella and Heyworth all had cable completly redone prior to internet service being offered a few years back, so except when nodes get full and you have to wait for them to be split it has been great in my opinion. In all that time I have had only one complete outage that I can remember (other than storms taking out power)and it was resolved quickly. |

| Well I don't know if Pontiac was affected or not, but Clinton had node splits Thursday night and my service has improved greatly. I also take care or the computers at a school that uses Mediacom, and the speed there is better now as well, only issue was the persistant IP address has changed due to the split and I have to reconfigue a couple of things, not a big deal though. Bainch deserves all the credit for this, as he (she?)is the only one that was willing to work with me and keep me up to date on what was going on. All Mediacom employees could take a lesson from Bainch on how things should be handled. |
