I recently began having the same problem in the Arrowhead area. Previously, my speeds were outstanding. Out of the blue, I started getting high ping times and slow DL speeds. Cox sent a tech on Sunday morning at 0800 to evaluate the problem - great speeds at 0800 on Sunday's. Luckily the tech lives up the street and was able to look into the problem when I called. The issue has been sent to the next level for resolution. |

Glendale, AZ | Wow, glad to know it's a recent happening and not just "how it is" up here. Hopefully that means they'll be able to pinpoint and fix the issue. Please keep me posted on anything you hear. Thanks! |
