Cisco should butt out of it

I wrote to Mr. Elliott (moelliot@cisco.com) to let him know that this is a consumer rights issue and not something that Cisco should be taking a position on. I suggested he clarify that he does not speak for the company, because his comments are tarnishing Cisco's reputation.
