Re: This can be used by terrorists........ you hate cell phones... do we really need laws to enforce manners? it's like turn signals there are laws that say we have to use them and inconsiderate people still don't use them... so I flip them off... so if someone is talking too loud next to you either on the phone or to the person next to them... tell them to shut the hell up Please! besides why do we see cell phone use as any different than two people talking next to us, is it some how different cause you can't hear the other side of the conversation? if every would just show a little consideration we would not have these problems.
