Entering it did no good; the dialog box would just come up again and again. I tried logging in to Speakeasy webmail-- no luck.

Apparently these parts of Speakeasy's service have been intermittent all day. It's now midnight and the problems persist. Webmail sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.

This issue has recurred, so customers will experience authentication problems when attempting to access their email or MySpeakeasy. We continue to work on a full resolution of this issue.
