They are alright... dont expect Shaw to help you cover the costs though.
When i worked there i had to fight tooth and nail to get Shaw to pay for outside certification or training.
I was an install tech that mainly worked on PC's i didn't have my A+ so i decided to get it... A+ being an industry standard you would think Shaw would encourage this... but i had to take it all the way past my supervisor up to the head of the Calgary area to get them to cover any of the 2 exams.
but other then that i did know and work with people that moved around in the company. |
