Re: Internet Speed in Columbia, SC

I'm in the Columbia area and have had a 7/1 Business Class connection at my house for about 1.5 years. About six months ago, I noticed that I was having some strange speed issues (nothing over about 500K) and suspected line problems. I power-cycled the cable modem to see if that would help and I have been running at 15/2 ever since. I think that they bumped the Business Class 7/1 up to 15/2 in the Columbia area. Needless to say, I have not called to complain!!!
