What may be your legal basis for that assessment? If Sprint owes them the money then pay up. Even Sprint agrees that the legal action was taken so the statute of limitations doesn't expire. Oh and if $10M cripples Sprint then perhaps they shouldn't be in the business anyway.
I agree... Sprint has a lot of debt, and their credit is currently junk status. Verizon is owed money by Sprint for services... pay up. Verizon needs the cash to give to Verizon Wireless has to pay for its 700MHz auction winnings. -- Canada = Hollywood North
