| Psystar Mac Clone Why doesn't one of the Mac trades hit them up for a demo unit to review? No legit manufacturer, especially a new one needing to build brand awareness, would turn down the opportunity. Pick up the unit at the company, and check it out. If the company declines, then clobber them as frauds and be done with them.
Even better, someone tell Apple and their legal department would be all over them in no time to dissect it like mad to find any of their IP in it. Can't find 'em? Apple's legal could surely track them down and nail them anyway for punking involving an Apple trademark.

Hingham, MA | I would be utterly shocked if Apple didn't already know about them... Also, note that the "OpenMac" has already become the "OpenComputer", so I wonder if they've already gotten a trademark complaint (which are much easier to enforce than EULA) |
