| Speedfactory is aware and working on the current issues
Speedfactory is currently aware of the current connectivity issues. These issues are currently only affecting our DSL customers. Our technicians in Atlanta as well as New Jersey are currently working to resolve the issue. We hope to have a resolution shortly.
I will try to keep this thread updated with our status as we work through this issue.
Again we apologize for the inconvenience and please rest assured that Nextphase does have a strong strategy to resolve the recent issues in ATL.

@myvzw.com | If we had gotten this kind or direct "non-anonymous" update on Friday we would still be Speed Factory customers. I am glad to see you are communicating in an up front fashion with names and contact info. I hope you guys can get back on track. |

I dare say a lot of your users still haven't found this information!
Inform your entire customer base; not just the resourceful ones! |

| reply to INS Nextphase Did AT&T also shut down your phone service? I've tried to call for the last two weeks, but I always get a message that the number is not working.
I gave up on SpeedFactory last year after regular shutdowns and poor support.
What is really frustrating is not being able to contact SpeedFactory and having to deal with rude customer support.
I have yet to have support to follow up on an issue.
I haven't been a customer in almost a year, but I still keep getting invoices every month. These invoices tell me that SpeeadFactory owes me $45, but numerous calls, mails, and emails still have not resolved this.
And to think, I was an early proponent of SpeedFactory and helped them get several new customers.
I think that SpeedFactory should just go ahead and call it quits and let someone else have the market. |
