They do the registation and the dns, and support dynamic dns for those who have a dynamic ip.

They aren't the cheapest you can find, but they are reliable and responsive. Recently I installed a HTTP server and the web page works fine. I registered a no-ip account and now it works as »bitless.no-ip.org .
Next I wanted to buy a MK domain, but the guy in MarNet (the ones that sell those domains) told me that they sell only the domains without DNS support and that I had to find a DNS server for it before they can register it. He told me that there are servers that offer free DNS services if I have the web page hosted at my comp.
