I got an old IP address back after a month.  I changed my NIC card, got a new address, and then moved the modem to the computer where the old NIC card went, and got the old IP back.  Seems Cablevision likes to assign their IP addresses to the MAC addresses.  The only way to force an IP change is to change the MAC address of whatever the modem is connecting to.<br> </div>Using correct programs, changing mac address just takes couple of clicks and restart. ]]></description>

You'd have to hit reload very quickly for a short interval to get there. If it does get there, it'll get removed at some random point within hours or less, to see if it makes the list again.]]></description>
