AT&T rocks

I live within the city limits of Bloomington, IN (around 70K plus Indiana University) and AT&T's only internet access plan for me is a 24K copper phone line. No UVerse, not even DSL.
Thanks for the great service, AT&T.
I guess I won't be slowing down the Internet very much, at least not through my phone line modem....
