In the end, the former employees have a lower quality job, no health care, no retirement plans, no rights, endless hours, no training, no outlook, nor any career planning, mistreatment by other full time employees (red badge vs. blue badge = like a concentration camp), and at the end get kicked out with no notice because they are simply disposable.
