Surely your not implying that most at&t workers are uneducated? I believe at&t hires more people with degrees in engineering, accounting, business then any other US company. And is not a high school diploma and a english/math competency exam required? Combine this with a physical, drug screen, and several mandatory new hire training classes it sure seems like more then would be needed to get into walmarts or a car factory..etc. |
