Thanks for that info, but I've already done that and can connect to my new provider just fine. The problem I'm having is that once connected, I bring up a browser, and no matter what web address I type in, it gets changed to take me arbitrarily to Verizons Account Access page. Just cant seem to get around it. Could it be something in the device firmware?

On Windows, you can check with: ipconfig /all Also your modem should have DNS server information.
