Gokuu : I trialed Call Centric for 1 month with a 647 DID using a PAP2T ATA. While the outgoing calling was great, I had incoming call problems from others callers in Canada, particularly during peak times at night. This would result in incoming calls getting a busy signal (not system busy). Sometimes it was necessary to call my number 10 times before it rang. I was able to consistently reproduce the problem many times. Their support eventually gave up, and so I ditched the test DID. I suspect their upstream provider for Canada stinks. I also had a few problems dialing Japan with them.

Their dashboard is excellent, as you described.

I'm now testing Unlimitel using TrixBox and IAX2.
