Shared webhosting services out/intermittent/slow

Our e-commerce site has been mostly unvisit-able since 4pm Friday 4/18.

I can't FTP to the site, and no orders have been received since 11:30pm last night as the problem apparently propagated.

I just called Speakeasy and was given a possible ETA for it being fixed-- on Monday. I politely noted that this was unacceptable. I'm waiting to hear back.

The problem appears to have been fixed around 1pm Pacific time. Total time for outage/intermittence was around 21 hours.
