<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1369708"><b>libratem</b></A> : Our e-commerce site has been mostly unvisit-able since 4pm Friday 4/18.<br><br>I can't FTP to the site, and no orders have been received since 11:30pm last night as the problem apparently propagated. <br><br>I just called Speakeasy and was given a possible ETA for it being fixed-- on Monday. I politely noted that this was unacceptable. I'm waiting to hear back. ]]></description>
