This is Candy. She was a foundling. Our area lies it on the edge of an area where people dump animals they don't want. Candy was found in this area. She had a fractured fibula and she was severely malnourished. We took her to three vets before we found one that would try to heal her instead just wanting to put her to sleep. She was with us for 14 years before we lost her to pancreatic cancer. The hell of it is, she died while we were away. That was hard for both the wife and I. She died December 14,1998.
