<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1091607"><b>adisor19</b></A> : Primus is one of the bigger players in the market. They have their own ADSL2+ DSLAMS but they still use Bell backbone to transfer their data and therefor are affected by throttling as well. <br><br>I am surprised it took them this long to react but i'm glad they did. <br><br>This news should be posted tomorrow again as it's kinda late now for pple to react..<br><br>Adi]]></description>
