I have been using Acanac DSL for a number of months now with minimal problems...I am pretty satisfied. However, for the last 48 hours or so I have been unable to get a DSL connection and it looks like it isn't going to be fixed for a few more days at least, probably due to Bell.
Either way, I'm without the service I'm paying for, and it is of course a huge hassle besides. Does anyone know what the deal is with Acanac regarding extended downtime rebates?
