 | I saw it coming I left ATT last fall. I saw all of this coming and believe me it is not over. I worked in wireless for 12 years and loved it until the ATT take over. ATT is a horribly run company and treats both it's customers and employees awful. They made it impossible to help a customer with anything and did not provide adequate customer service that could help them either. All of their cost saving cuts in customer facing employees and customer care is already biting them in the butt. They are making this look like they will be expanding wireless headcount, but I have heard from those still there it is being cut also. |
