In my neighborhood there are 4 of them, although one is actually using WPA.  NICs, unless you play with them a bit, tend to lock on to the loudest signal of those that have the same SSID.  So an SSID that stands out is arguably less secure than one that is redundant with the others in the environment when you reduce the power.]]></description>
