Their chart isn't wrong. You are assuming that they are just converting Euros to Dollars.

They have obviously just created different price points for the USA market.

Ok, I'm not sure where you see that it isn't $9.95. It clearly says it's US$9.95. However, the part you must pay attention to is their definition of "Unlimited".

The offer:

The fine print:
