Ok, I'm not sure where you see that it isn't $9.95. It clearly says it's US$9.95. However, the part you must pay attention to is their definition of "Unlimited".

The offer:

The fine print:
* The legal bit – as part of our fair usage policy you’ll get up to 10,000 calling minutes per month.
