 | If your with Comcast they will just give you dropped connections all the time anyways. I use to use skype all the time with friends and family until Comcast got into doing the stuff they do with there customers, havent even tried going back to use it anymore. Was a very good service though I thought. |

for me:
skype to skype calls were free and high quality - was impressed
skype to regular cell phone - quality was very different, very low quality. I couldn't use it. |
