| Is 11 months long enough?
How long should a customer have to wait on a resolution to a problem? 1 day? 1 week? How about 11 months?
My neighbor and I here in Beckley WV have called and complained about our cable tv and internet service going on 11 months now. Suddenlink has a monopoly here so switching isn't a possibility. Now, when the service works...it works great. However, for 11 months my modem resets, analog tv is fuzzy at times, digital will pixilate. I truly hope that Suddenlink gets it together someday because I NEVER EVER thought I would say that someone could be worse than Charter.
And by the way, any of you suddenlink techs say you want to help.... please for the love of GOD...impress upon someone to do something with .bssr.suddenlink.net. My DLink home router can route traffic better than that POS. |
