I was having the same issue. Untill I upgraded the firmware on my router. Im using a Linksys. Also I set my wireless to G only and that helped my wireless speeds top the 20M.

Did some testing and my router is the culprit. this is my BBR account. I can say without hesitation that when you mention something is wrong, and the CEO himself follows up on the issue - it's greatly appreciated. It really shows things are being handled at the top most levels with a personal touch and in a intelligent manner.
