:) I hope that the Russians have better luck enforcing these registration requirements, than the FCC had forcing Citizen Band Radio Owners to obtain a license back in the 1970s. Maybe failure to register will entitle a violator to a one way ticket to Siberia. I hope that this law does not give our government ideas.
And why not? The fees for having wifi certifcation classes and REQUIRING the assistance of trained individuals to set up any wifi capable device....
we would be RICH HAHAHAHAHA
