But I think that the Major Issue may be with your AT&T Line itself (considering that the problem appears to have started during/after having the ice storm)... :hmm:

I'd call AT&T HSI Customer Support, and have them check your line for possible damage that may have resulted from the ice storm.

Not sure on distance I know that I am far from the CO but as stated before issue with weather my speed test avg was 1.2mbs with express 1.5 max
