Norton 360 V2

landry98 : last week I upgraded multiple PCs (XPPro, XPHome, MCE2005 OS's) from disk installed Norton 360 to Norton 360V2. I had received an email from Symantec advising of the V2 version and that current subscribers were eligible to upgrade via download. Since downloading and installing, I've had small problems on all PCs. My main concern is my XPHome PC. When I open the software and start a comprehensive scan, the current activity window (that shows scan progress) does not appear, the choose scan window seems to just sit there. If I close the software or reboot, I get a window advising a scan is running.

I am wondering if it is possible to revert to the original 360 software and how I might accomplish that? thanks in advance---
