I've installed a few dozen so far and everyone of them has gotten all of the channels subscribed to. I would call the FSC and tell them to hit that box again to see if it brings up the remaining channels. |

For the record, there were two attempts at activation, one auto-bot reset, and one live person reset.
FSC tech said he has a number of things he can do. When I told him the auto-bot reset gave me partial results, he did whatever he did, and it now works. He said he could have issued the weakest command, but he did something a step above that.
Thanks all for your assistance, including the FSC person.
I'll say it again here. I have not had a billing or service problem that was not resolved to my satisfaction when I talked to a Verizon person. |
