that is not the way that i read it, MattE hit the nail on the head, its another case of a sales person doing whatever he/she needs to do to get there commission which is what a lot of sales people do which is immoral. |

Agreed. It's typical for Sales in most industries to oversell or orverstate something, and the people in the office have to pick up the pieces. That's SOP.
