said by jonnyb  :that is not the way that i read it, MattE hit the nail on the head, its another case of a sales person doing whatever he/she needs to do to get there commission which is what a lot of sales people do which is immoral. Agreed. It's typical for Sales in most industries to oversell or orverstate something, and the people in the office have to pick up the pieces. That's SOP.
