1 edit | Really? My guess is those who will be paying a high premium for a fast service are somewhat knowledgable about what they can do with that kind of speed. The average consumer doesn't and will not need 20 mbps anytime soon. Assuming this high tier will attract the tech savvy crowd and businesses, they will sure appreciate want higher upload speeds. A paltry 1 meg upload is shambolic considering the capacity of VDSL/VDSL2(+).
