noodlenoggan : I have the Elite package and was getting 5.5Mbps+/750kbps+ regularly. I added caller-id service to the landline and now DL goes from 800kbps to 5Mbps. UP speeds don't go pass 550kbps. This speed change happened EXACTLY after the caller-id service was active. I'd like to keep the caller id but would that cause a drop in DSL speed.

Anyone else have this problem? Thx.
