Wow and I thought my service was bad! Sorry to hear of your nightmare. unfortunately elnk was the only people offering more than 1.5/256 in my geography. My biggest complaint is that the sales dept said they had tested my line and it was good for the high speed 6000/76 so I made a lot of decisions such as giving up my office and working from home. Now I'm stuck with them until either AT&T or comcast upgrade their services. the actual services are great(when they work and the price is fair.ELNK has really gone downhill since the mindspring days. I'll probably be dumping ELNK as the performance just keeps getting slower and slower. I'm down o about 1.3/276 on a good day and some days a modem connection would be faster. they just keep selling connections on a really poorly maintained section |
