I can tell you one thing. I'm an attorney and, although I don't like to pull the lawyer card out on non-business related matters, I will give Speed Factory a couple of more days to confirm with me that my account has been canceled -- I've sent them a letter and e-mailed them a few times as well, with no response. If I still haven't heard a peep in a few days, I'll start with a "good faith" letter from my law firm .... if they continue to charge my card after that letter, I'll consider filing a lawsuit against them. It is really ridiculous that I have to even think of legal action to resolve this matter. |
