Where there's one, there's another...

It would appear the user drew a bad sales/support apple from the Verizon barrel, which as stated repeatedly is FiOS's Achilles' heel.
Where there is ONE bad apple, there's another, then another. What I find amazing is bad apples don't fall far from the tree and rather it was a "miss-informed" CSR or not, you can bet that the numbers of customers given bad info like this is more then one. They don't report it, media ignores it. But hey, who gives a crap. Verizon ranks at the top in customer satisfaction, they never ever screw up peoples bills and you never ever ever have to call more then once to fix a problem. So for those who drink from the well, sleep well in the land of Oz. Go BIG RED
