The Tennessean doesn't print alotta details on follow ups to the whole process, so i'm a tad lost on the progress..<br><br>The requirements for the franchise looked promising and will give hope to those thats been passed up for buildout thous far..  If noone changes the conditions at the last second, then it will be of help overall for broadband deployment in TN I believe.]]></description>
