<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : I'm planning on changing my ISP soon ,because rogers is limiting express accounts bandwidth and i used all of it in 10 days,,,<br><br>questions about the DSL service:<br><br>1.dose any speak Cantonese/mandarin on phone in the company?(newcomer to Canada,,my english isn't that good,,,might not be able to express my problem in writing,,, so this is very important)<br>2.is there any contracts<br>3.if there is contracts and there are changes with the  terms when i sighed the contract(?)(ex. change of bandwidth,blocked ports) will i be able to cancel the service with no charge?<br>4.what is the difference of Dynamic IP's and Static IP's? witch one is better?<br>5.where there be any problems if I'm using rogers home phone<br>6.is the 100GB storage FTP or WEB?<br><br>questions about the online personal computer:<br><br>1.is there any blocked ports?<br>2.is the speed guaranteed to reach 10Mb/20Mb?<br>3.is the computer on for 24/7 365(even if I'm not using it)<br>4.as long as i don't reach the bandwidth limit,i can use it how ever i want?(ex.personal server for friends to download movies)<br>5.dose the computer support Chinese/Japanese letters?<br>6.am i free to install any kind of software inside?<br>------------<br>the people who are using   acanac's online personal computer what is the average speed for BT/emule?]]></description>
