TO V03 about download speeds and speedtest

hi you're saying that the speed of smartbro whe doing speed test is 300-400 but when you download you're getting 35.5... that's normal cause the download speed test is saying it in kbps as in kilobits per second as but when you download windows actually represent it in Kilobytes per second. refer to this one, hope it helps... btw you have a good connection ---> »Dialup FAQ »Kilobits vs. kilobytes explained
