Seeing that their is no loss on the next hop on all those tests I would have to say that you are seeing packet prioritizing not packet loss. However I will note that their always seems to be loss at your IP address. |

| Internet was down for a short time on Friday morning, and down again for most of the day on Monday. I was getting decent speeds again after that:
But, now my speeds are back to awful again:
