I'm a tad confused. Last Sunday I was at Valley West Mall in West Des Moines, IA, and they had promotional fliers/posters all over their booth for the new high-speed tiers.

Unless by official announcement you mean some kind of corporate mumbo-jumbo press release. But I mean, information is definitely out there. I was looking up the availability of the tiers in my area on their website days ago.
