Good luck. I tried to have them do something to find a pair for 5meg on my pole and they told me "No, we dont do that." I even said I would pay the $90 for an hour of tech time and they still said no.

Ok, load coils are removed. Bridge taps removed. But to just up speed from one pair to another? If you have dsl ok. But to up the speed maybe can be done, but not always. So more info would be good. Just distance alone. Gauge of wire. Other odd taps.
After some point it does become useless trying to get more dsl speed. Special circuits cost more so they get special treatment. Plus they can also have stuff to extend the range. But that does cost. Like T1 or hicap etc.
