You will need to either find a eBay special or if you have an OEM PC (Dell, Gateway/E-Machines, HP/Compaq, Etc) call the manufacturer for a restore CD set.<br><br>Now if your PC has the right files on the hard drive, you can create a CD from that, but you will not be able to use the files while on the HD to Format and Reinstall.<br><br>&raquo;<A HREF="/forum/r19133441-Make-your-own-Windows-XP-CD">Make your own Windows XP CD.</A><br><br>Why do you think you need to reformat?
