Well it seems like they sent the wrong modem. Luckily I think they realized this because UPS just got here with a new one. Hooked it up and now I get the prompts I need.

Billingsley, AL		 Count yourself lucky. I've talked to several people recently who end up getting that weird netopia screen no matter how many times they send it back.
