| Two Recent Outages by Speedfactory
First Outage and lack of service, support, responses was noted but th service returned briefly... Then the Speed Factory CEO says he's sorry, have a free month's service ($49.95) and new services are in place. Second Outage, same lack of service... difference was a "secretary answers" and promises technical people "will call soon" and they never call... the New CEO blog says the second outage is not their fault... blame AT&T or Bell South... free month service... and shows Back In Service 18 April. FALSE: As of 23 April, still out of Speedfactory. Before I QUIT: I ordered BellSouth highest speed DSL for $37 per month...new modem, hooked up 2 wired PCs, 2 wireless PCs and 2 wireless laptops last PM... speed 6mbps Speedfactory debited my account another $49.95... Called the Bank to STOP further withdrawals... E-mail, telecon Speedfactory and directed stop NON-SERVICE now and STOP charging me... After 10 years... Goodbye.  |
